Recommended Industry Standard Rails for a 2023 Chevy Silverado 2500

I have a 2023 Silverado 2500 without the factory prep package. My truck doesn't have the holes in the bed so I am looking for a set of industry standard rails to use my B&W Patriot 5th wheel hitch with. Is there a custom fit set available for my truck?

Yes, we do have a set of industry standard rails available for your 2023 Chevy Silverado 2500. They are the Curt Custom Fifth Wheel Installation Kit for Chevy/GMC Truck item # C16429-204. With these rails you will be able to use your B&W Patriot 5th wheel hitch item # BWRVK3255 in your 2023 Silverado.

These rails install in predrilled holes in your Silverado's frame. The kit includes brackets, rails, and all necessary hardware.
