Question:
I purchased a trailer with the Brakerite EHB actuator that has the Brakerite EHB converter, my question is I have a 2015 Ram 2500 with the factory integrated brake controller, do I need the converter, my friend with a Chevy plugged up and the actuator worked, my Ram it will not??

The Dexter BrakeRite Actuator Kit, like part # T4813102, is compatible with the factory brake controller on your 2015 Ram 2500 as-is. The adapter is only for certain years and models of Ford and GM trucks.
If you're using the adapter with your Ram then that is likely the issue.
