I spoke with Jensen about the Jensen LED RV Smart TV part # ASA38VR and they informed me that there is no Amazon Prime Video App or Apple TV App. However, there are HDMI ports so you can install a streaming device like a Roku and use that service.
It does have Wi-Fi as well as a hardwired ethernet port.
