How Much Power would the Magnaflow Cat-Back System give a 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee 3.7 L

Question:

I have a 2007 jeep grand Cherokee Lerado, 2 wheel drive and was wondering about how much horse power would the MagnaFlow system give my 3.7L engine? Im also installing the K/N cold air intake system as well, now I dont need a chip upgrade or any kind of major change in the ECU for these two systems to be bolted on and work would I? I spoke to my contact at Magnaflow and he informed me that this MagnaFlow Stainless Steel Cat-Back Exhaust System # MF16834 that you referenced would give between 9-15 horsepower. When combined with a cold air intake I would imagine you would see a total gain of between 15-25 horsepower.

A programmer would not be required for these modifications but they would help you get a little more power out of your setup.
