Question:
Any suggestions for ‘unfreezing’ the track knobs? Trying to loosen in order to move one of the racks. Won’t budge, even trying with channel locks. Apparently aluminum corrosion? Any ideas are appreciated. Thx

You can try using penetrating oil to loosen the corrosion built up on the Knob # TAKB-90030-1 for your Thule TracRac SR Sliding Truck Bed Ladder Rack # TH43003XT-501. If they still will not budge you may have to break off the knob and drill out the threaded portion. We do have the Replacement Knob # TAKB-90030-1 or the Locking TracKnobs # TH25700 you will be able to use to replace your knobs. Be sure to use Loctite Anti-Seize Stick # LT37616 on the treads to help prevent them from seizing up again.
