I just purchased my 2023 JAYCO WhiteHawk 27RB and wondering if you can tell me the best hitch to install And the maximum capacity. I will be using it to carry a couple of Bicycles. Thanks

The best hitch we offer for RVs like your 2023 JAYCO WhiteHawk 27RB is the Curt # 13703 that you referenced which fits the widest range of frame dimensions and styles. It has a 350 lb tongue weight capacity for your bike rack as well.
You will need to make sure you use an RV approved bike rack like the Swagman E-Spec part # S94FR which is reinforced for the rougher ride quality at the rear of RVs.
