Solution for Replacement Axles for Trailer With Tandem Torsion Axles
Question:
Hi there I’m looking for two axle for my travel trailer, LCI 3500 lb 89.5 HF 63.25 ID Trailer Axle Torsion 22 Down Electric Brake 5 Lug. The axle is made by lipper components. Thanks for your help.

I do have a solution, but replacement torsion axles are not something that we carry. What I can offer instead is the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System. This system is similar to your current torsion axles but with 2 separate units. This also means it fits any frame width. For a 3,500 lb replacement you will need one of the following:
-Straight Spindle # ASR3500S05
-4" Drop Spindle # ASR3500S04
-4" Lift Spindle # ASR3500S06
You will be able to use your existing brake assemblies and hub/drum assemblies with any of these since they use the standard 3,500 lb axle bearing combination.
