The highest capacity hitch for your 2023 Hyundai Palisade is going to be the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver item # C13427. This hitch is custom fit and bolts to your Honda with included hardware.
This is a class III hitch with a 2" receiver. It has a 5,000 lbs towing capacity, and a 750 lbs maximum tongue weight. The towing capacity can be increased to 6,000 lbs when used with a weight distribution system. This is our highest rated hitch available for the 2023 Palisade.
I have linked a couple of pictures below along with an installation video so you can see what this hitch looks like when installed.
For towing you will also need a ball mount kit item # C45534.
