Are there any Thule footpacks that I can use on a 2021 Suburban that will accept the old style square crossbar? Thule says they dont exist, but Im wondering if there are ANY type footpacks that will work on the vehicle.

At this time there isn't a way to install the older style of Thule square bar on your 2021 Chevy Suburban that has flush rails. Inno has a square bar roof rack design that uses same shape bars and attachment style as the old racks but at this time they do not have a fit for your vehicle.
At this time the only way to install a square bar rack would be with the current Thule square bar roof rack components # TH712500, # TH710601, and # TH95JW.
