How to Choose Correct Replacement Fan Motor for Ventline Range Hood

I have a ventline range hood that I need to replace the motor in . I can send you a picture of the metal label on it . Will you be able to help me find the right item ?

We currently offer two replacement motors for the Ventline Range Hoods, the Replacement 12V DC Motor part # BVD0218-00 which is for 12V fans and the Replacement Fan Motor part # BVD0278-00 which is for 110/120V fans. If you look for the model number sticker it should state whether you have a 12V or 110/120V but if not just let me know the model number and I'd be glad to look this up for you.
