Currently the Inno Velo Gripper Bike Rack # INRT201 has never been tested on a 2023 Hyundai Santa Cruz. I took some measurements of the clamp you can use to check and see if it will fit on your bed rails(see image below). If the clamp will fit your bed side rails you will need to check the length of the bike you intend to haul with the length of your bed with the extender installed. As bikes have several different lengths depending on the type and size some will fit while others may be too long.
