Though we do not have a custom trailer hitch that is confirmed to fit your 1966 Dodge Charger we do have a universal hitch that may work for your vehicle.

The Draw-Tite Weld-on Ultra Frame Hitch, # 41990-07 has mounting brackets that will fit a variety of different frame styles and is also adjustable to fit different frame widths. The trailer hitch does require for it to be welded onto your vehicle's frame. Because the trailer hitch is a universal application it would be up to the installer to determine if the hitch is safely installed because fabrication may be needed for the hitch to fit properly. The trailer hitch comes with 7 inch brackets but is also available with 16 inch brackets # 41990-16.
