Question:
What is the difference between the draw tite hitches for the 2023 Ford mustang mach-e? is it just the removable receiver? install?

For your Mustang Mach-E the biggest difference between the Draw-Tite hitches that fit is of course the removable receiver, but there is also an added bit of trimming on the Hidden Hitch option. So here is the basics and then I'll detail it for you:
- Trim Fascia/Bottom Cover & Removable Receiver: Hidden Hitch by Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver # DT72GR
- Trim Fascia & Fixed Receiver: Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # DT92MR
I have added photos from the instructions which show the difference in trimming. The Hidden Hitch # DT72GR sits up closer to the frame (the receiver is longer to make up the difference) which is why you have to trim the bottom cover. The # DT92MR does not require you to trim the bottom cover, but you'll have to trim a little wider section of the underside of the fascia.
Apart from that, only other difference is that you will need to add quick links to the Hidden Hitch # DT72GR if you are towing, the Threaded Quick Links # 348749M.
And if you are towing the correct part to add a 4-way is the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # TK24VR.
