There is no exact way to determine the leaf spring length. The best way to determine the length for a replacement is by measuring the existing leaf springs. The hanger distance and shackle length can help you get a good idea, but you're looking at an approximation. Those leaf springs appear to be in good shape, so assuming they are factory leaf springs I would continue to use them.
When installed, the shackles in the rear should be in a position that will allow the suspension to move. If the shackles are forced all the way to the back and can't move then they are in fact too long. If that is the case, you will need a shorter leaf spring like the # SP-113275.
