The Buyers Products 15 Ton Combination Pintle Hitch part # BP38FR mounts to an industry standard pattern of 3-5/16" on center side to side and 1-3/4" on center top to bottom. Therefore, so long as the pintle mounting plate uses this same standard pattern then you should be good to go.
I don't know for sure about the SUPER DUTY 2011-2022 TRAILER HITCH PINTLE MOUNT but I'd be willing to bet it uses this same industry standard pattern.
