Do you have a rail adapter that will let me install the Demco autoslide in the factory prep mounts on my 2023 Ford F-250?

We do have the Rail Adapter # DM6175 which will install into the factory mounts on your 2023 Ford F-250 and allow you to install the Demco Autoslide 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # DM8550035.
Another option you may prefer is replacing the ISR Side Plates # DM6003 for the Ford Side Plates # DM6033. This will allow you to drop the hitch directly into the factory mounts and eliminating the need for the adapter.
