Yes, there is a 2" hitch available for your 2023 Kia Seltos, it is the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch item # DT65GR. This hitch is custom fit and bolts to your Kia with included hardware.
I really like this hitch because the crosstube mounts behind your bumper cover leaving only the 2" x 2" receiver visible.
The Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch item # DT65GR weighs 31 lbs and has a 2,000 lbs towing capacity, and a 200 lbs maximum tongue weight.

If you are planning on towing you will also need a wiring harness item # C89KR and a ball mount kit item # C45534.
