Identifying 4-Way Trailer Wiring Colors that are Brown, Green, White, and Red

I have 4 wires on trailer brown green white red what matches to tail light Tail light has 4 color what is the combination

For the trailer wiring you have now you'd need to match all of the colors to the standard 4-way wiring colors except the red would go to yellow as that's only color that's different. This would be the left turn/stop signal.
Normally white is ground, brown is taillight, green is right turn/stop, and yellow is left turn stop.
