Can you just match trailer wires to -4 wires on tail lights color to color please like please

In most situations yes you can match trailer wiring colors as most of the time standard trailer wiring colors are used. If the wiring of the trailer is green, yellow, white, and brown then yes it would be a direct match.
White is ground.
Green is right turn/stop
Yellow is left turn/stop
Brown is running lights
