Recommended Engine Warmer for a 2016 Ford Focus with 2.0 Engine
Question:
I have a 2016 Ford Focus SE Hatchback with a 2.0 Flex engine and Im checking out my options to purchase something to keep the engine / coolant warm in the cold Iowa winter months. I dont know whats best? Frost plug heater, circulating coolant heater, or is there something else as an alternative to warm this engine up when its cold outside? If you can offer some professional advise it would be appreciated. Thank you.

The most common and easiest way to pre-heat your vehicle in the cold winter months is with a block heater. The block heater will replace one of your frost plugs to help heat the oil/coolant. The correct one for a 2016 Ford Focus with 2.0 engine is the Kat's Heaters Custom Engine Block Heater part # KH11409.
