The factory hitch has the bumper brackets attached to it. Is there any hitch that comes with the bumper brackets to mount a factory bumper?

The only receiver we have that will fit in place of a factory receiver hitch on your 2022 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 is the TorkLift SuperHitch Magnum Trailer Hitch Receiver # TL74FR.

All the other aftermarket receivers we have will only fit on vehicles without a factory receiver.

The highest towing capacity trailer hitch that fits your 2023 GMC Sierra 3500 with an OEM hitch is the Torklift part #TL74FR which can tow a trailer up to 20,000 lb or if when using a weight distribution system up to 30,000 lb.
