If your 2021 Jayco Greyhawk Prestige has hydraulic Lippert Ground Control leveling system then yes the replacement feet part # LC324269 would be correct. I attached a picture of what the jack leg should look like.

The Replacement Foot Pad #LC324269 that you referenced uses (and includes) a threaded 7/16" bolt for mounting. The mounting hole itself is just about 1/2" in diameter.

You are correct, the Replacement Footpad Kit #LC86UD is mounted with the bolt, flat washer, o-ring, footpad and finally the 2nd o-ring before threading into the base of the hydraulic jack.
