Can I Purchase Everything but the 8' Coiled Wire on the Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Kit?

Can I purchase everything but the red wire in the Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit Item # RM-15267. I don't know if its in a kit but when I sold my car I used to flat tow I kept the red coiled wire. This is for a 2014 Jeep Wrangler.
