I bought an new traitor. No handle. Does the crank handle come with it when purchased?

Yes, the Lippert Power Stance Electric Trailer Jack # LC89VR does come with a 19mm crank handle. As an alternative you can use a 19mm socket and ratchet to operate the jack as well. This is also a common size used on a Lug Wrench # PT88VR if you are in a jam.
