Yes, you can put both a 5th wheel hitch and gooseneck hitch in your 1999 Ford Super Duty. If you have a short bed you will need gooseneck hitch and installation kit # BWGNRK1108-5W. Then you can use the B and W companion hitch # BWRVK3400-5W.

If you have a long bed you can use the same gooseneck hitch and install kit # BWGNRK1108-5W but the companion 5th wheel hitch you would need is # BWRVK3500-5W.

The only other way to tow both types of trailers is to install either a gooseneck or 5th wheel hitch and then use an adapter. If that is a route you want to take I recommend choosing the main hitch for the trailer you would tow most often and then get an adapter to match.
