The Mighty Mount 39H Accessory Adapter # Y03539 will fit the OEM aero-style crossbars on your 2022 Tesla Model 3 but for a better fit I recommend using the 23H Adapters # Y03523 instead. These are essentially the same thing but they also come with shims that are sometimes needed for factory crossbars as they tend to be a little more slender than the JetStream or CoreBar crossbars from Yakima.
