Correct Longview Towing Mirrors for a 2018 Chevy Silverado 1500
Question:
I was gifted a mirror for my 2018 Chevrolet Silverado, part LVT-1820. It was for a 2019 Silverado. Obviously,it doesnt fit. I contacted Longview Mirrors and they referred me to you. Is it possible to exchange this model for one that fits my pickup?

The Longview Custom Towing Mirrors # LO54FR (LVT-1820) that you received are for a 5th generation Silverado while your 2018 Chevy Silverado 1500 is a 4th generation so you need the Longview Custom Towing Mirrors # LVT-1800 instead.
If the mirrors were ordered through us then I'll need an order number or the email address that was used to place the order so we can look about a return. If it wasn't ordered through us then we unfortunately won't be able to help out with a return or exchange.
