What is Temperature Range for SumSprings for 2022 Chevrolet Silverado 3500HD LTZ I was wonde

2022 Chevrolet silverado 3500HD LTZ I was wondering how much they compess when Im not hauling? I live in MN and it gets below -25 degrees occasionally. If Im not hauling anything at those temps, do I need to worry about them breaking? Thank you

Expert Reply:

The SumoSprings Rebel Custom Helper Springs # SSR-203-40-2 are a two piece design so when you aren't hauling anything they wouldn't really compress at all. SumoSprings has told us that these will remain functional down to negative 25 degrees so as long as you are at that temp or above they would function like normal.

Beyond -25 the Timbren would be the better choice part # TGMRCK25D as they aren't affected at colder temps.
