I spoke with Buyers Products, and they actually don't sell the block part of the Buyers Products Air Chamber And Plunger Kit For PH50/PH55 Series # 337PH50ACMK separately.

The block is part of # 337PH50ACMK, so if you needed a replacement, you'd need to replace the entire kit.
