Your 2012 Forest River Sierra 330RL 5th wheel will need the Reese Gosse Box # RP94716-61301 as you have a 1716 pin box and the GVWR for your camper is below 16,000lbs. You will also need the Safety Chains # 49150 as all ball hitch connections are required to use safety chains.
