Actually loading a womans bike on the Swagman XTC4, # S64665, is the same as for a mens bike. The issue on alternative frame bikes is the top frame tube often dips lower instead of going straight across like on a typical mens bike. I have included a picture showing a womens bike loaded on the 2-bike version of the same rack.
