THULE ROOF RACK. IS THE SAME FIT KIT USED FOR A 2019 F150 CREW AND A 2022 F250 CREW? ALL MY RESEARCH INDICATES THE 521 FIT KIT FOR BOTH. THANKS.

Yep, the fit kits for a Thule roof rack on a 2022 Ford F-250 and 2019 F-150 Crew cab are indeed the same; they're not part 521 though, the correct part number is the following:
