I was not able to find anything regarding that serial number, however I can say that # TX578101-REARHEADER will not work with your 2010 Toyota Tacoma short bed. However if you have the TruXedo Lo Pro Soft Roll-up Tonneau Cover # TX555901, then you can use :

-Replacement Header Stop for TruXedo Lo Pro Tonneau Cover # TX1702801,

-Replacement Header Seal for TruXedo Lo Pro Soft Roll-up Tonneau Cover # TX1704787,

-Replacement Latch for TruXedo Deuce 2, Edge, Lo Pro, or Original Truxedo Tonneau Covers # TX1117424,

-Replacement Header Stop for TruXedo Lo Pro or Edge Tonneau Cover # TX1704187,

-Replacement Header Guide for TruXedo Tonneau Cover # TR67FR, to replace the components of the header assembly.

If you have a different tonneau cover, or are able to tell me what you have I'd love to find you the correct replacement for you.
