I have a 2022 Suburu outback touring with the bigger motor . What brake controllers work for this? Would a bluetooth controller work?

Yes you can use a Bluetooth brake controller like the Curt Echo Under Dash part # C27JR or Mobile Echo part # C51180 in your 2022 Subaru Outback Touring. If you go with the Under Dash option you'd need the 7-way adapter kit part # ETBC7 or if you go with the Mobile Echo you'd need the # ETBC7L.
If you do not have a 4-way connector currently you'd need that as well with the part # 118467.
The Echo is easier to install since it plugs right into the 7-way socket but the Under Dash doesn't require you do this every time you use it and it potentially could be stolen easily. We've also had better reception luck with the Under Dash model so that would be what I would go with.
