I recommend the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 76025 for your 2016 Honda Odyssey. This receiver has a concealed cross tube giving you a cleaner, more factory appearance. It is rated for up to 525lbs of tongue weight and 3,500lbs of total trailer weight which is more than your trailer will weigh according to your estimates.
The T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118521 will provide you with a 4-way flat connector to operate the trailer lights.
I have linked installation videos for both of these below to help you decide if this is something you will be able to install yourself or if you prefer to take them to a shop to have installed. The receiver had a height of 13" so if you can measure the coupler height on your trailer when level I can help you find the correct Ball Mount Kit # 989892. This particular kit includes a ball mount with a 2-3/4" rise or 4" drop for a coupler height of 15-3/4" or 9".
