The TorkLift Cannon Hitch Extension # TLE1648 is our only 48" extension for a 3" Ford receiver. It reduces to a 2-1/2" receiver and includes a 2-1/2" to 2" reducer. This extension can be used with a trailer up to 3,000lbs with 300lbs of tongue weight. If you use a weight distribution hitch the capacity increases to 6,000lbs of trailer weight with 600lbs of tongue weight.
You will also need the TorkLift Wiring Harness Extension # TLW6048 to attach to your 7-way and have a connector near the end of the receiver.
