Yes, the trailer hitch receivers for the 2023 Honda CR-V fit the hybrid model as well. There are no differences for the hybrid hitch since all of the available options fit all models.

If I were to recommend one it would be the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e98848. I like the etrailer hitch because of the matte black powder coat finish. This gives it an OEM look and does a better job hiding inevitable dirt and dings. If the finish isn't a big deal to you, I would choose whichever has the best price between this hitch and the # C13397. They have the same design and capacity so the only difference is the glossy powder coat finish on the Curt.

If you plan on doing some towing, you will also need wiring. If you have front wheel drive you need the # C59236 and for all wheel drive the # C56370. Both will provide you with a 4-way to power your trailer's signal lights. If you need a ball mount as well you could use the # C45056 or go with a full kit like the # 989900.
