Why Can't Saris Freedom Superclamp Bike Rack be Used at Rear of Travel Trailer
Question:
Hello. Can you use this on a travel trailer with a frame mounted hitch? If not, can you explain why not and which product you would recommend? I currently have a Yakima rack but its old and the straps contact the paint of the bikes. Looking for a different option. Thank you!

Not all bike racks can handle the much rougher ride quality at the rear of travel trailers due to the less sophisticated suspension and longer distance between the rear axle and rear of trailer. The Saris # SA4025F is one of those bike racks but for a similar option that would work great we have the Kuat Transfer V2 part # KU84FR which would work well for you.
