Parts Needed to Install Curt 20k Fifth Wheel Hitch in Bed of 2019 Ford F-250 without OEM Prep

I have 2019 f250 super duty 6 3/4 bed. There are no pucks in bed. There are only 4 bolts in bed that go thru to frame. I want to get a Curt 20k. Will it bolt into bed or do I need something done under bed first?

Sounds like the 4 bolts you found in the bed of your 2019 Ford F-250 Super Duty are actually the bolts that hold the bed to your truck frame which means your truck does not have the OEM prep package. This is not a problem at all. You'd just need to install a fifth wheel rail kit like the Curt part # C79BR which would then allow you to use a 20k Curt hitch like the A20 Slider part # C55DR.
