Question:
does kuat make an extension to convert the NV22G two bike carrier to a four bike carrier? Or is it possible to use the Thule 918 extension on the NV22G to make a four bike carrier.

Kuat does indeed offer a +2 bike option for the NV 2.0, part # NA22G. Be aware that the extension can handle two bikes weighing up to 40 lbs apiece, and is intended for use in 2 inch receivers ONLY.
