Question:
On my pontoon boat trailer, I have 5 hole 12inch wheels with 5.30-12 tires. This weekend I basically had to push my boat off the trailer and Im worried if the water level drops more, I could have issues trying to load my boat. Any ideas on using smaller wheels/tires? My home is 1/2 mile on gravel road from the boat launch, 10 mph speed limit.

A 5.30-12 trailer tire measures 21.9 inches in diameter and - assuming you have a 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern - you can go to a smaller 4.80-12 tire and wheel, which will measure 20.7 inches in diameter:
- Loadstar 4.80-12 Bias Trailer Tire with 12" Galvanized Wheel # AM30670
The # AM30670 is a load range C with a 990 lb capacity, so keep that in mind. The 4.80-12 is going to be the smallest you can go as anything else will be just too wide to fit.
