The EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver # 306-X7322 is our only receiver with a 2" opening for your 2021 Honda HR-V. This is a custom fit receiver which will require some modification to the heat shield and rear fascia.

I recommend installing the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118673 when you install the receiver. This will give you a 4-way flat connector which you will need for towing a small trailer or for using Auxiliary Lights # C53201 with a hitch mounted accessory which impairs the view of your tail lights.
