If you're looking for an idler hub, the # 84545UC1-EZ you looked at will fit. The heavy duty Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension # ASR1THDS01 uses a larger spindle with a 3,500 lb axle bearing combination. If you would like a hub and drum assembly, you can use the # 84546UC3-EZ along with the # 23-468-469 for brakes.

In order to determine the torque rating for the lug nuts on your trailer you will need to know check out the chart I attached that shows all of the torque specs for all the trailer lugs available based on stud size, wheel material and wheel size.
