Are Installation Screws Included With The MaxxFan Mini RV Roof Vent MA00-03801?

Two questions. 1 are installation screws included? 2 what is your return policy?

The MaxxFan Mini Plus Manual RV Roof Vent # MA00-03801 does indeed include mounting screws. However, it does not include sealants so you will also need LaSalle Bristol Self-Leveling Sealant # 34427034145-1 and Butyl Tape # 344270341410-1 to get a weather-tight seal.
