I checked with Yakima and they do list the LoadWarrior cargo basket # Y07070 as a fit on the factory crossbars on your 2001 Nissan Xterra. This means that the replacement hardware, # Y8870040, will fit. You will need to order a total of 4 of these for a complete set. There is also a locking version, # Y07064, sold in pairs. The locks/keys are not included so you would need to order them as well using # Y07202, if you wanted the locking version.
