Will Draw-Tite Hitch For 2023 Toyota RAV4 Support Swing-Out Tire Carrier

I couldn't find any specific info on a rigid armed swing out tire carrier, but so long as the carrier fits a 1-1/4 inch hitch, and the carrier and tire together weigh 350 lbs or less, then yes, the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver # 36675 for a 2023 Toyota RAV4 will be able to support it.
