Recommended Hitch for a 2022 Toyota Hybrid Highlander XLE

I have a 2022 Toyota Hybrid Highlander XLE. Can you tell me which tow hitch I need for this vehicle? Is ETrailer hitch the same as curt Hithes?

I would be happy to. For your 2022 Toyota Hybrid Highlander XLE, I recommend the etrailer Hitch item # e75ZR. This hitch is the same as the Curt item # C99FR except for the finish. I like the etrailer one better because the flat paint it not only offers superior rust protection but it blends in better beneath the vehicle's trim.
Both hitches are confirmed to fit the hybrids. Please note this hitch will fit models with an 18" or smaller spare tire under vehicle, however larger spare tires will not fit. The EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch item # EH35VR is the only one compatible with the full size spare.
If you are planning on towing you will also need a wiring harness item # 119250KIT and a ball mount kit item # C45534. I also recommend using the No-Drill Mount Bracket item # 18136 to secure the 4-way connector to your hitch. This will put it in an easy to reach spot and prevent the risk of it falling onto the road.
