can i use AKEBRK-6L and AKEBRK-6R with AKHD-655-6-EZ-K on this TASR35HDS06 suspension?

Yes, you will be able to mount the Trailer Brakes # AKEBRK-6L & # AKEBRK-6R with 2 of the Hubs # AKHD-655-6-EZ-K onto the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension # TASR35HDS06. I do recommend using the Self-Adjusting Brake Kit # AKEBRK-7-SA over the brake assemblies you found. The self adjusting brakes require no adjustment maintenance and will provide you a more constant brake feel as the brakes wear.
