Recommended Transmission Cooler for a 2019 Toyota Highlander

Question:

I have a 2019 Highlander and as with all of these models the transmission system is sealed- no user filler options. Adding the cooler would increase the capacity of fluid required. How have customers dealt with that?

After you install the Derale Series 8000 Plate-Fin Transmission Cooler Kit item # D13502, in your 2019 Toyota Highlander, you will need to take it to the dealer or a mechanic so they can top off your transmission fluid. You can add fluid to the lines while you're doing the installation but to get the fluid to the right levels you'll need to have a professional do it.
