I have a roof rack option for you, but no, the Yakima # Y93TR will not fit your 2019 Ford Ranger.
Instead for a confirmed fit Roof Rack I'd go with the option from Thule which uses the following parts:
Crossbars # TH711400
Feet # TH710501
Fit Kit # TH145063
(Optional but recommended) Locks # TH450400
This kit will allow you to attach crossbars to your naked roof for carrying a variety of accessories such as bike racks, cargo boxes, and kayak carriers.
If you can let me know what you'll be using your roof rack for I'd be happy to recommend some accessories to match your needs.
